For any reason you are not satisfied, items may be exchanged or returned for a full refund, less shipping and handling charges, based on the original form of payment. This policy is valid for 14 days after the original purchase date. Once the 14 day return policy has expired, all returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

Jae’s Legacy will provide shipping address for returned items. We strive to provide all our customers with a pleasant and happy shopping experience with Jae’s Legacy, but for any reason you are not satisfied with your shopping experience, feel free to contact us so that we can improve and make your shopping experience a satisfied one.
